Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Total Experience of 3 to 5 years
- Industry Experience of 2 to 3 years
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic IT skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Key Result Areas
- Handling and managing complete operations of the branch while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Building and maintaining relations with customers and providing them quality service to enhance sales growth.
- Supervising and monitoring of overall activities related to Sales and Credit Control.
- Supervising & monitoring the performance of staff/team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of targets.
- Efficiently arranging training sessions to keep SOP’s compliance and skill levels of employees up to date.
